2025 Itabashi Ward Citizens' Cultural Festival

The Ward Citizens' Cultural Festival, the largest festival of culture and art in the ward, which attracts many visitors every year, will be held again this year. There will be various events throughout the ward, such as exhibitions of paintings, calligraphy, and flower arrangement, as well as soba (buckwheat noodle) making workshops, where visitors can experience the traditional culture and arts of Itabashi.
