The Ward Citizens' Cultural Festival, the largest festival of culture and art in the ward, which attracts many visitors every year, will be held again this year. There will be various events such as exhibitions of paintings, calligraphy, flower arrangement, and handmade soba (buckwheat noodles) at various locations in Itabashi Ward, where visitors can experience the traditional culture and arts of Itabashi.
