The 51st Itabashi Kumin Matsuri, an event representing Itabashi Ward, will be held for the first time in three years.
During the month leading up to the festival, we will introduce a series of information that will make you look forward to the festival!
The first two items are the "Kumin-Matsuri Site Map" and "Picture Book Town Hiroba Spin-off Project".

The photo spot will also appear on the day of the Ward Citizens' Festival.
