Workshop "Each Page Becomes a Book" to Commemorate the 90th Anniversary of the Ward's Establishment

Using colored paper in the shape of each area of Itabashi Ward, participants will create a picture inspired by the shape they received.
After the workshop, the completed works will be compiled into a book, one page per person, and placed in a time capsule commemorating the 90th anniversary of the ward's establishment, which will be displayed at the ward office and other locations.
Eligibility: 16 people over 6 years old who live, work, or study in the ward for each workshop (by lottery)
Application: Please apply by return postcard or through the website by February 10 (Fri.).
