How to apply
1 Install the Itabashi sightseeing application "ITA-Mania" and create a photo willow on the theme of fireworks.
2 Attach your photo willow to the e-mail address below and enter your pen name.
If you win the prize and receive "ITABA-PAY" points, you will receive a "ITA-Mania" award. pay" points when you receive the award. To receive the award and receive "itabashi pay" points, install the "itabashi pay" application. pay" application and provide the ID to the secretariat.
