This year's "Ward Citizens' Cultural Festival," the largest cultural and artistic festival in the ward, will be held again. This year's festival is the largest culture and art festival in the ward, which is visited by many people every year. There will be events at various places in the ward where you can experience the traditional culture and art of Itabashi, such as exhibitions of paintings, calligraphy, ikebana, and handmade soba noodles.
