Tokyo Challenged Plus TOPPAN Co., Ltd. is a third-sector model company for employing severely disabled individuals, established in June 1993 through a joint investment by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd., the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and Itabashi Ward. Its main products are handmade paper products (paper files, postcards, letter sets, shopping bags, etc.), and visitors can observe the entire papermaking process. This company is a "Visit-Friendly Company," meaning it allows the general public to tour the factory. Advance reservations are required for tours.
