Marumizu-gumi is a workshop of "hand-binding", a technique of producing books, albums, binders, etc. by hand. We use paper, leather, cloth, wood, and other materials to challenge new possibilities. Visitors can see samples of finished products made to order, the process of hand-binding, and tools.

A Word from the Facility
In the summer, we hold an exhibition of our works using the entire studio. Not only can you see the works, but there is also a live webcast and free lessons. The exhibition will be held from July 30 (Fri.) to August 2 (Mon.), 2021.
