Itabashi Ward is working to reduce the amount of plastic waste generated at the Itabashi Kumin Festival. We ask for your cooperation in making this festival, which is the pride of the citizens of the ward, a sustainable event for the future together with you.
Effort 1: Reusable cups will be introduced.

Reusable cups are available at Rakuichi Rakuza Hiroba and Furusato Hiroba. Please come to the "Eco Station" in each plaza. Please be assured that the cups are cleaned by a professional company under thorough hygiene control.
Initiatives 2: "My Bottle" is available for use.

With the cooperation of stall holders, you can use your own bottle. Drinks will be served by pouring the prescribed amount of each product regardless of the size of the My Bottle. If the bottle is too small to fit, it will be limited to the amount that will fit.
Effort #3: Provide food in paper containers and reuse them.

With the cooperation of vendors, we provide food in burnable containers such as paper and pulp instead of plastic containers. We are also making efforts to reuse paper waste throughout the event. We ask for your cooperation in separating trash.
