The powerful steam locomotive "Degoichi" welcomes you.
Johoku Traffic Park
This is a park where you can get up close and personal with valuable vehicles such as retired steam locomotives and buses. The park displays the powerful D51 steam locomotive (known as "Degoichi"), the mini-SL "Baby Loco", the park's mascot, and an actual Tokyo Metropolitan Bus, which you can even enter the cockpit of. You can also see a diorama of a model train at the Transportation Museum, which is also located inside the park.
In addition, tricycles and bicycles with infant assistance are available for rent free of charge, and visitors can practice riding them on a special course. This is a park that both adults and children can enjoy.
