A ward park adjacent to Akatsuka Park. The park is named after the reservoir in the center, which was once used for agricultural water. The park has a ward art museum, a local museum, and other attractions such as Akatsuka Park, Akatsuka Suwa Shrine, and Tokyo Big Buddha.
