見るTakashimadaira Danchi and Zelkova Trees

Takashimadaira used to be a low marshy area called Tokumaruhara, but in the 1960s, the area was developed into a housing complex and the current landscape was created. In particular, the zelkova trees that run through the complex, stretching 600 meters from in front of the Tokyo Metropolitan Akatsuka Park to in front of Takashimadaira Station, show us the beauty of the four seasons, with fresh greenery in spring, shade in summer, and red leaves in autumn. These landscapes were selected as one of the 10 sceneries of Itabashi in 2003.
