The park is one of the best hydrangea spots in the city, with about 600 hydrangeas blooming all over the slopes.
Idei no Izumi Park
In the past, fresh water gushed out from the cliffs around this area to form a spring, and it was the largest water source of the Idei River, which is now a culvert. This park is a remnant of that time, with water still gushing out. About 600 hydrangeas were planted when the park was developed, and the way they bloom all over the slopes surrounding the hollow-shaped park is a sight to behold.
