Notice of Cancellation of the 50th Itabashi Kumin Festival
The 50th Itabashi Ward Citizens' Festival was scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 16 and Sunday, October 17, 2021, but due to the fact that there are no signs of the new coronavirus infection being under control, and due to the nature of the festival, it is difficult to ensure the safety of the many visitors, vendors, performers, and workers. The organizers have decided to cancel the event.
We, the organizers, regret to announce that the event will be cancelled for the second year in a row, following the 49th event in 2020. We would like to express our deepest apologies to everyone who was looking forward to the event and to those involved.
