Itabashi Ward appointed Mr. Yajuro Bando, a Kabuki actor living in the ward, as a new "Tourism Ambassador," who will be in charge of promoting the charms of Itabashi both inside and outside of the ward, and held a commissioning ceremony at the office of the Mayor of Itabashi Ward on Friday, August 27, 2021.
